| Home now |
Thank you all so much for your kind words, prayers and wishes in my healing. I am home now and feeling better. They have me on home oxygen and that is helping me with breathing. I haven't had a cigarette since about noon on Friday and only have a slight twinge of wanting one. I hope I never touch another. My lungs are just too bad off. I have abused them as much as I can, I believe. I wish I had never started smoking and boy do I pray that Clay never picks it up. I am having problems with the congestive heart failure as well. I am suppose to let them know if my weight fluctuates 3 lbs., I don't own a scale and if I did I doubt it would be able to register my weight because I weigh so much. I guess I will just go by how the swelling in my feet feel as to whether to contact them or not. Gary is cooking me lunch. It will be nice to have home food. Usually the hospital food isn't so bad but this time it was very yucky. They brought me lots of vegetables and I did love that. I am feeling weak again. I am going to go now. Once again, thank you to you all, you are great!
Later. God bless. Teressa. |

Welcome home! I'll still keep you in my thoughts and prayers, though! Stop by the Shark Tank if you need anything at all!! :-)

If anything good could possibly come of all of this, it would be that you stop smoking! I am pulling for you to just quit altogether, for Clay's sake as well as your own. Studies have proven that smoking parents are far more likely to have kids that smoke. I'm so happy you are feeling better. You have been missed around here and I will be happy to see you posting again. Oh, I posted pictures of my kids if you are up to taking a peek. Love!

Oh Teressa I am so happy you are back home again, we missed you around here, I missed you around here..You've got the best kid in the whole world. He is very responsible even as young as he is, you couldn't have done a better job with him...for the check for swelling push a finger in your leg (lower) and if the depression stayes a sec or two, you are retaining water. But I know you know all that, just feel the need to say it anyway. Just happy you're home. Love ya and take care of yourself, NO SMOKES!!!talk to you later, have to go to my Daily Torture...big hugz Linda

Welcome home lady. Hope you got some rest anyway, haha, been there know better than that. You have to stay off the cigarettes. Vital now that you do that with CHF. Be sure to cut your sodium intake. If you need any help with that let me know. I had to go on a low sodium, diabetic, low fat diet in December when I found out I had CHF. The sodium cut can also help you breathe a bit easier. Glad you are home. Your son, Clay, was a real sweetheart keeping us up on you. Tell him thanks.
